Songs, being human out loud

Music

I tell the truth all the time. This is a different kind of truth.

When life floods, in the middle of trauma or a big transition, there is a river that moves faster than words. It is hard to stay present in it, and harder to share what is actually happening in a way that lands. Music is how I catch some of that current and give it a shape, so the feeling can stay whole instead of going numb, and so I can hand it to someone else.

Some of these came out of living in a packed car, and then in the woods. Some came out of losing a community I loved. Some are just about a nervous system trying to make it through an ordinary day. They are not tidy. But they are honest, and they are mine.

A note on how these are made

I make this music with the help of AI tools. That word means very different things to different people, and I would gently invite you to notice what it stirs up in you. For me, each song is the end of many hours, sometimes weeks, of writing, shaping, and sorting through dozens of takes and expressions to find the few that actually carry the feeling. The tools are a brush. The choosing, the meaning, and the truth in them are mine.

You are welcome to sit with these, play them, read the words, and leave a comment on any song if something here finds you too.
