How's your human? My profile

Welcome to

village

The shared path. A community being remade through practice, where you give as much as you take, alongside others doing the same.

The idea it is shaped around

Belonging here is earned by service, and no one belongs until everyone belongs. That is not a slogan, it is the architecture: a visible path from arriving to peer membership, care built into the rooms, and a culture where trust grows by showing up, practicing in the open, and helping the next person find their feet.

It is not a way to get closer to me. It is what a group of people becomes when they practice the dot together.

Why the village is a hive

A hive is the plainest picture of what this is: a place where every bee’s small work feeds the whole, and the whole keeps every bee alive. No one owns it. That is why the roles are named as bees and the path is drawn as honeycomb, each cell holding only because the cells around it hold too. You rise by tending the hive, never by climbing over anyone in it.

Everyone arrives as a Maybee. That is not a lesser rank, it is the doorway, and everyone here walked through it. Read the agreements, introduce yourself, link your garden, and the comb opens: you are a Newbee. Take up the welcoming and the tending of others and you become a Helper. Hold that service for a season and you are a Membee, a peer who helps hold the place up.

The comb keeps growing. Past Membee are fainter cells that carry no name here yet: they are the ways of serving that some villagers grow into, reached by service, the same way the comb is always built.

What lives here

  • A daily ritual: how is your human today? A check-in that starts in the body, not in performance.
  • The learning cloud: the books, the emotion atlas, the quests and gardens. It is also an earning cloud: more of the map opens as you practice what you have already met.
  • The appreciation game: gratitude said out loud, specifically and by name. It is the village currency.
  • Gatherings: circles, events, and meetups in social virtual reality.
  • A support room held by Heart Ninjas, where you ask for what you want first: company, reflections, or just witnesses.

Where it comes from

It grew as BridgeMakers, a community that first gathered in social virtual reality. In June 2026 it entered an indefinite hibernation, as I became less available to hold it and other leaders were pulled out of VR by their own lives. That chapter is not erased: the main body of it is still open on the original site and its YouTube channel. What was being built underneath it moved here, onto steadier, multi-reality ground.

The doors are not open yet

The village is still being built, and it is not taking arrivals. That is on purpose. A place whose whole architecture is service and trust does not work if it opens before it can hold people properly, and opening early would break the exact thing it is for.

Leave an email address and you will hear from me when the doors open. Now and then before that too, when there is something worth sending. Leaving is one click, whenever you want.

While you wait

Everyone arrives as a Maybee, and that doorway is earned rather than handed out. The quests are open right now, and working through them is how you arrive already eligible instead of waiting at the door.

The quiet solo path is open too. It is the same practice, walked alone.

The honest line

.village is a community of practice, not a crisis service. Nothing here is staffed around the clock, and no one here should be your emergency plan. If you or someone near you is in danger or thinking about suicide:

  • 988 (call or text, US Suicide and Crisis Lifeline)
  • Crisis Text Line: text HOME to 741741
  • International: findahelpline.com
  • Or your local emergency number.

Reaching for those is not leaving the village. It is the bravest form of tending your human, and you can bring the village with you on the way back.

When the doors open they will open slowly, and you will not need to arrive as anyone other than who you already are.
