Pre-release vetting
Before any of this opened, it was reviewed in the open
In July 2026 four AI systems were asked to review this entire body of work. The first pass was deliberately hostile: assess whether this might be a cult beginning. The later passes asked what the work actually is, and then what it would take to release it honestly.
The whole thing is published, including the parts that went wrong. False findings were kept visible rather than deleted. Reviewers were named when they were mistaken, including where they mistook a locked door for an empty room. The record updates as each remaining fault is fixed, and nothing is marked fixed without a live check.
The second one is the moment the review turned, and the rule about this model that came out of it: it is for locating yourself, and aimed at someone else without invitation it stops being a map and becomes a verdict.
